Delivery

Orders are processed as quickly as possible. During peak periods, orders may take up to 7 working days from the estimated ship date to be dispatched. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping location and selected service.

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make changes to the shipping address. Please review your details carefully before completing checkout.

If your tracking information indicates that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please check with your carrier or contact support@fove.tw for assistance.
