Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, in the fove polybag, and with all tags attached.

To initiate a return, please visit our Returns Portal. Returns that do not meet our requirements may be rejected.

Items must be unworn, in their original condition, in the fove polybag, and with all tags attached.

All footwear returns must include all original shoe box contents. Please ship the shoe box inside a protective carton.

Exchanges for the same item can be facilitated via our Returns Portal. If you require a different style, please return the original item and place a new order.

Returns are free across all fove products, with the exception of collaborations and special projects.

Collaborations and special projects are subject to a return handling fee, which will be deducted from your refund. The amount varies by region.

If you received an incorrect or defective item, please contact support@fove.tw with your order number and a photo of the issue.

All items purchased during our Archive Sale are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. By completing your order, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of this non-returnable policy.
